E-consultancy forecast that by 2005, the active Internet population in Brazil would be as high as 15 million. Online ad spending in Latin America will account for 1.8 percent of total ad spending in 2002, reports Business News Americas. This is according to a new study by the Brazilian Internet consultancy E-consulting.
